Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. The 14 days will begin when we have received your payment.

If you request a refund within 14 days, your contract with Sam Bowers Hosting will be cancelled and we will have no further obligation to fulfill your request. Any website or other material already uploaded to the server will be deleted immediately, so if you request a refund, please make sure you have your own copies of any data, pictures, videos etc.

If more than 14 days have elapsed since your payment, a refund can no longer be offered unless we fail to honour any part of our agreement with you. If we are unable to fulfill your request, the refund amount will be calculated by dividing your original payment into 365, then multiplying the result by the number of days left to fulfill your contract period.

If we cancel your website due to illegal content or content which violates our terms and conditions being added to your site, you will not be eligible for a refund. Except in the case of illegal or grossly immoral content, or any content that may put others lives at risk, you will first be contacted and requested to remove the offending content. If you do not remove the content yourself, we may remove it for you, or in the case of repeat offences, your site may be disabled, with no refund offered.


If you cancel within 14 days or we agree to refund any portion of your fee, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request, and when you can expect your refund to be processed. Please bear in mind that we can only refund you by the same method you used to pay us in the first place. This is to minimize the possibility of fraud.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
